Newport apartment Rental Property Information

We offer a unique historic property located in the quiet Kay/Catherine historic Neighborhood just off Bellevue Ave. near the Viking Hotel. The house was built in 1880 and was owned by Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry's son, Dr. Christopher Perry and his family (including Margaret Perry who later married John LaFarge the famous stained glass artisan). We are an owner occupied house. Newly renovated in 2007! About 700 sq. ft. with a combined kitchen and living room area, separate bedroom area and en suite bath. It is similar to a hotel suite and is fully furnished with all amenities. Private entrance. The first floor unit has French doors that walk out onto a patio/deck area. Self sufficient!
