Palm Retreat is a charming, beach house style, two-bedroom, three-bath condominium located within the 32 tropical acres of secluded Pineapple Village on the east end of Saint Thomas. Walking distance to Coral World Marine Park, Coki Beach, two restaurants, and beach activities makes it an ideal place to relax. The fully-equipped kitchen opens either into the air-conditioned dining area or outside to the large private garden patio (36 feet by 28 feet) featuring a gas grill and bar stools pulled up to the kitchen bar. The design of the kitchen makes it easy to exchange grilled food from outside with frozen drinks from the blender in the kitchen. A short stroll through the completely flat lush grounds, past the pool, brings you to Water Bay Beach with St. John and the BVI's framing the view.

Palm Retreat and Pineapple Village are located on the grounds of a Wyndham Resort. The resort is currently closed which allows for maximum privacy on the beach and at the pool. Fungi's Restaurant on the beach is open serving Caribbean drinks and food with the Agave Terrace a few steps above serving the best of island fine dining. Picaso's Coffee Shop, across the street, is open for breakfast and throughout the day. Beach activities and water sports are available at nearby Coki Beach, at 5 minute walk from Water Bay Beach.

Viiew the hummingbirds and sugarbirds playing in the coconut palms while relaxing on the overstuffed sofa in the fully air-conditioned living room, or open the wide sliding glass wall to let the tropical tradewinds provide natural cooling. The outdoor living area is complete with lounge chairs, a dining table and a hammock strung between the trees. You can relax in your own private tropical patio or take advantage of the pool and beach. The pool is only a few steps away and features a fountain and attached shallow wading pool. A short stroll through the lush grounds, past the pool brings you to the beach where you will hear the soothing sounds of the waves rolling onto the sand. Beautiful Saint John and the British Virgin Islands frame the bay as sailboats drift by. Take your sandals off and soak your toes in the Caribbean Sea as you wander down the beach towards Fungis, the waterfront bar/restaurant serving island casual lunch and dinner.

The layout of Palm Retreat, with it's completely private bedroom suites, makes it ideal for two couples or a family. It allows for enough privacy along with shared living spaces for socializing and sharing meals together. Coral Studio is also available for up to two people. Pineapple Village is a condominium complex consisting of 40 individually owned units. The condos are more of a cottage/villa style than a traditional condo. They are all on the ground floor with private patios. You do not have to walk up more than a few small steps to get inside. The brick walkways to the pool and beach are flat and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Please note the adjoining resort property is closed and is awaiting renovations from the new owner, Wyndham Resorts. The amenities and description listed are all available and accurate. The location of Palm Retreat at Pineapple Village is not affected by the resort closure. Our rates reflect this. Palm Retreat is a great value for a very spacious and comfortable accommodation located on beachfront property. It is very private and quiet.
