Rental Rates for the condo in the Florida South Central Gulf Coast, Florida, USA
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Summer Rentals consist of the months of April through December and the rate is $800/weekly or $1,000/monthly.
Winter Rentals consist of the months of January through March and the rate is $1,750/month.
Long Term Renters are also welcomed.
There is also a $75.00 cleaning fee.
There is a $500 security deposit which is refunded at the end of your stay, after the $75.00 cleaning fee is deducted.
There is a non-refundable $100 application fee as a security clearance which is required through the condo association.
Payment must be made in full prior to moving in with a cashier's check or money order.
There are three very similar condos available, these rates are the same for each one. Contact owner for more information.
