Sliding glass doors offer an unobstructed view to the sea and lead you to the deck. The kitchen includes all the amenities you will need to make your favorite meal with seating for 6. A spiral staircase takes you to the bedrooms on the second floor. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private spacious full bathroom. The deck is shaded by ancient Sea Grape trees and palm trees creating a cool place to relax and unwind. The location of Apartment 1 is incredible! It is located literally steps away from the water on the last mile of the world famous “Seven Mile Beach”.

Getting Out Getting out Within walking distance of Apartment 1 is a full service grocery store, gas station, Presbyterian church as well as a small plaza with a bank, medical clinic, sandwich shop, photo shop and Internet service provider. The world famous Boatswains Beach (formerly the Turtle Farm) and Hell are just a short 3 mile drive away. Within the district of West Bay are several well known eating establishments including Ristorante Pappagallo, Cracked Conch, Fisherman's Reef Grill and Calypso Grill, all of which are also only a short drive away.
