Our single-family home is uniquely located within several hundred yards of the main Pavilion that hosts the indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, tennis courts, golf course, basketball court, clubhouse, restaurants, new convenience store and beach shuttle. The family room with propane fireplace offers comfortable seating with TV/VCR/DVD for family entertainment. Laundry room with full size washer/dryer and laundry tub connect directly to two car garage. The second floor has three bedrooms and a full bath.
