Welcome to Bella Casa Oceana 'Beautiful Home by the Ocean' this is a new in 2007, large (2800 sq. feet) 6 bedroom, 5 full bath, ocean view duplex unit. Gorgeous, new and very well decorated, this is a premier property. Beautiful views of the Ocean without the expense of beach front properties. The property is located just one road from the beach. The unit is beautifully furnished and has a great entertainment area that features hardwood floors, a large fully-equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room (Ocean View). Three large deck areas offer relaxing tranquility when listening to the ocean waves roll in. The home has three TV’s with DVD players to keep the kids occupied after a hard day of fun in the sun. There is outside storage for beach items and supplies and also an outside shower for rinsing off when coming off the beach.

This unit is completely non-smoking and no pets allowed. This unit is rented for family vacations only. We rent to responsible adults over 25 years of age whom must be present during entire occupancy. No sororities, Fraternities, Church Groups, Weddings, Receptions, “house” parties, “Spring Break” parties, or other such groups are permitted. There is no elevator in this unit and the first floor has two bedrooms only. This property is one block (about 150 yards or approx. 3-5 minutes walk) to the beach. There are beach views from each balcony/deck.
