Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. No weekend only rentals during the July or August. Not available for High School or College groups, proms, graduations or wedding parties.

Well equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, top of the line GE Profile stainless steel appliances, Dishwasher, Microwave, kitchen electrics, ceramic tile bathrooms, washer & dryer, central vacuum, ceiling fans, central A/C, Gas Heat, I-Pod dock, Two 32-in Flat Screen TVs in the living areas, 2 13-in TV's in master suites, Digital Cable TV, High-Speed Internet access, XBOX Game system, Sky deck with seating, water view, large private fenced in yard with brick pavers patio and patio furniture to seat 10 for a meal. Hammock, large outside shower with changing area, beach chairs, kids beach toys, boogie boards, wagon to haul gear to the beach. 8 beach passes are included. Cross one street and walk one short block to the beach. House has a telephone for local calls. Ideal for large families or multi-family vacations.

Local Information: LBI is one of the top rated beaches in the USA. Enjoy boating, boogie boarding, swimming, deep-sea fishing, crabbing, biking, walking, shopping; boat trips to Atlantic City or drive there; bird sanctuary at end of island, live theater, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Thundering Surf water park, mini-golf, outdoor concerts. House is walking distance to restaurants, bakery, deli, beach, pharmacy, Surf Shops. Easy on and off the Island. Credit Cards: FYI Most all of the restaurants take AMEX. Some of the local places that have a short season (The water park, wave runner rentals) do not accept AMEX. Extensive collection of local attractions, restaurants, activities, emergency information, is located in a book in the house.
