Cancellation policy Beginning April l, 2008 any fees paid toward a booking is refundable at 80% until 31 days before your arrival date. However, if we cannot find another tenant to take your booked reservation dates, then the fees paid to that point are not refundable. We will attempt to obtain a replacement tenant but there are no guarantees. If you cancel any time sooner than 31 days of your arrival date, you will forfeit all fees paid at that time. If you have any questions pertaining to this policy, please email me for further information.
