If you plan to bring your boat, we might be able to arrange for boat slips and you can walk from the house right to your boat/yacht at the deep water marina. Marina: Snug Harbor that offers for up to 50 yachts: super, diesel, slips, moorings ; hot showers, cold ice and warm help. 15-100 amp electric hook-up, laundromat, groceries.

Horse Back Riding Paard Hill with beautiful water views! Has large in-door and out-door riding arenas, clinics, summer camp program, boarding, shows, sales and leases. Hampshire Farms For all levels and disciplines Cross Country Field and beautiful wooden trails Open to all ages Bowditch Road

Golf Information: There are two Golf Courses on the Island. One is a challenging 9-hole course open to the Public .Both Golf Clubs have a restaurant and a Pro Shop . Shelter Island Country Club Established 1901 You can walk to this course from the house! Gardiner`s Bay is a Private 18 Holes Golf and Country Club. The oldest in the USA! Both Courses have amazing views of the Water !

Golf Information: There are plenty restaurants with outdoor dining and beautiful views. Here is a list of restaurants where you can walk to from the house. The Chequit Inn (beautiful views of Rainbow Park and water from patio and deck in this charming Victorian Old Lady surrounded by hydrangea bushes). The Dory`s ( 'you haven`t done Shelter Island `til you have done the Dory`s). Sweet Tomato on 15 Grand Avenue (Italian Continental Cuisine). The Onshore on 13 whinthrop Road at the Dering Harbor Inn (beautiful outside patio with incredible views and fresh local oysters!). Sunset Beach on 33 Shore Road (legendary Sunsets, food, and fun).
