Mammoth Lakes condo Rental Property Information

Roomy and comfortable condo offers all the comforts of home at an affordable price. Great mammoth location. It's a short walk to the Village with restaurants, shops, Starbucks and the Gondola that takes you to Canyon Lodge. Shuttle bus picks up in front of our condo complex. The free shuttle runs all year and will take you just about anywhere in Mammoth. Our two story unit is located at San Sierra condominiums on the second floor. Our complex is family friendly and offers a sauna, jacuzzi and laundry facilities just across the driveway from our unit. Our condo has 1 bedroom downstairs (sleeps 2) with a queen bed, 1 bedroom upstairs (sleeps 4) with a queen and a trundle bed and a loft (sleeps 4) with a bunk bed and a trundle bed. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. Cable TV in living room and bedrooms with a DVD and VCR. Bring your movies from home or chose one from our small library.

Mammoth is a year round vacation spot. In winter and spring the snow is the best California has to offer for skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, sledding and snow shoeing. There's nothing like taking a walk around one of the accessible lakes in the winter. In summer there is hiking, biking, fishing, mountain biking, hot springs and water sports in the beautiful lakes, streams and waterfalls all around Mammoth. There are classical concerts during the summer and a great Jazz and wine tasting weekend in the fall. The changing colors in the fall are breath taking. It's a beautiful and uncrowded time in Mammoth.
