After losing the original house to fire twelve years ago, the Waterman family has gradually rebuilt the existing house. It is about 95% finished, lacking only some finish trim upstairs. Fires in the fireplace need to be treated with respect and care. It's a rare property, surrounded by water as well as 250 acres of its own land on all sides. It is screened from as much of the world as you might wish to leave behind. If an amazingly private, serene, and quiet place in a beautiful part of the world is what you're looking for, the Punch Bowl is pretty hard to beat.
