Amelia Island is home to one of the top ten beaches in the nation. It is on that beach where you will find our penthouse which is ideally situated to provide panoramic 180 degree views of the coastline. Saddle up and ride along the beach atop the gentle, well-trained horses from the park’s own Seahorse Ranch, one of the few places in the country where you can experience the romance of horseback riding on the beach - everyday - all year long. Amelia is also home to some Florida's finest golf courses. The island hosts several fun, annual events including: Bausch & Lomb Women's Tennis Championship, Shrimp Festival, Concours d'Elegance-famous antique car show at the Ritz and numerous golf tournaments. The neighboring state parks of Big and Little Talbot islands are nesting grounds for a wide variety of rare birds. Amelia Island State Park features a mile long, pedestrian only bridge which straddles Nassau Sound and is home to some of the best fishing grounds in Florida.

This public course has been rated three and a half stars by Golf Digest, making it amongst the best public courses in the country. The Fernandina Beach Golf Club has a driving range, practice putting green, a stocked pro shop, plus a brand new clubhouse with food and full bar. Amelia Island is becoming a true golfer's haven, offering many choices of championship-quality courses. Not to mention Amelia's 13-miles of gorgeous beachfront, resort amenities plus a quaint historic district of restaurants and boutiques reminiscent of of the late 19th century period. Amelia is conveniently located only 25 minutes from the Jacksonville International airport
