Living Room/Dining Area This oversized living room, with four large windows on one side and a sliding glass door which opens onto your private balcony facing the Gulf, provides a relaxing area with a panoramic view of the beach. A large TV complete with a DVD player, surrounded with comfortable seating including a large sofa, two comfortable chairs with ottoman, and two rocker recliners, will make this room the center of activity. The sofa is also a queen size sleeper. We have provided for your enjoyment a selection of games, puzzles, movies, and books. To enjoy your favorite music, we have available a sound system complete with radio, CD, and audio type player. Some CDs are available. A spacious dining area with seating for six and a breakfast bar with three bar stools will ensure adequate room for sharing family meals together.
Gulf Front Balcony Sit back and relax on your private Gulf front balcony. View spectacular sunsets and enjoy beachfront living. Furnishings include chaise lounges and dining table with seating for four. This is an excellent setting for an evening meal or just a cup of coffee to start the day.
Full-time Onsite Property Management Our full-time onsite property management team is available to handle your check-in, give you your keys, and help ensure your visit runs smoothly. The building also has a full-time maintenance staff in the event you need any assistance in the condo. Avoid the inconvenience of an off-site check-in and check-out, which is typical with most rental condos. Drive right to the door and someone will be available to assist you. Office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., seven days a week. The building is equipped with keyed entry access, so if you plan to arrive after office hours, call in advance for instructions on how to obtain your condo keys (lock box system).
