    Deposit: 50% of total to reserve unit, payable within 5 days of telephone booking or by credit card; Balance and security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival. Last minute bookings require payment in full to hold the reservation.

    Cancellations: All deposits are non refundable unless property is rebooked. If a new reservation is booked at the same rate, you will be refunded the paid rental fee and the security deposit, minus a $100 processing fee. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason, including weather conditions.

Off-street parking in driveway accommodates 2 medium-size cars or 3 compact cars. On street parking adjacent to cottage. Telephone on premises requires credit call for long distance calls. Cell phone coverage is spotty in the Adirondacks (Verizon cell phones appear to work out on the deck; Sprint and AT&T do not). Pets now allowed. No exceptions.
