Less than 30 days before arrival (Value Season) or 45 days (Peak Season), the entire rent is forfeited, unless we can re-rent the unit. We recommend trip insurance for these cases.

Our 2-bedroom oceanfront condo will comfortably accommodate a family of six. But it’s also perfect for three couples traveling together, or as a romantic and extra-spacious getaway for two. Also, we have a brand new king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper with 6' Pillow Top mattress. The guest room has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a King Size bed for comfort.

The Hokua is 40 foot power catamaran with ultra quiet eco-friendly jet drives that was specifically built for Hawaii’s unique waters. She is coast guard approved to carry 35 passengers in comfort.
