Close Attractions Renting a car is recommended. Travel time from Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (Code SJU) is approximately 35 minutes. Villa is very close to: two hotels (Dorado Beach Hotel and Embassy Suites) with restaurants, bars and golf courses and to fast food restaurants, fine restaurants, 2 grocery stores and a 24 hour pharmacy among other stores in town. Approximate Driving Times: (20 minutes): Plaza las Americas, largest shopping mall in the Caribbean (15 minutes): Bacardi Rum Distillery (25 minutes): Prime Outlets Shopping Mall in the town of Barceloneta (30 minutes): San Juan, historical city with shops, restaurants, bars and fortresses - Museum of Art (1 hour drive): Rio Camuy Cave Park, where the world's 2nd longest river cave is located and The Arecibo Observatory. The Arecibo Observatory is the world's largest single-dish radio telescope and recognized as one of the most important national centers for research in radio astronomy, planetary radar and terrestrial aeronomy.
