You are going to love this beautiful and spacious penthouse condo in the Lodge at Lincoln Station situated on the bank of the Pemi river. From your own private balcony you are overlooking the Pemi River and new ski trails of the South Peak of Loon Mountain. Located about a mile off of Route 93, it is conveniently situated so that you are able to walk to many quaint shops and great restaurants. It is your 4 season getaway to the Loon Mt / Franconia Notch part of the majestic White Mountains. Free winter ski shuttle service to Loon Mt. is provided. This family friendly condo provides you with all of the comforts of home while being on vacation. It is easily accessible for all ages just steps from the elevator. With a queen bed in the Master bedroom, 2 double beds in the second sleeping area, port-a-crib, and sleep sofa, there is plenty of room so everyone will have a comfortable stay. All linens and towels are provided. This is a terrific get away for everyone!

This penthouse condo is easily accessible via the elevator. Breathtaking views are enjoyed all day long. The condo has 3 cable TVs with Free HBO, DVD, VCR, stereo, jacuzzi tub, board games, adult and kids books, assorted children's DVD and VCR tapes to entertain all. Children's table with chairs, booster seat, child's bed rail, and a port-a-crib will make traveling with children a breeze. All cooking utensils, dishes, linens(except queen sleeper sofa bed), and towels are provided. Air conditioning is available for those hot summer days or you can open the balcony slider and let the mountain fresh air in. The facility has its own washer and dryer area, tennis courts, basketball net, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, arcade room, billiards room, ping-pong room, free wireless internet access, large sun deck overlooking the Pemi river with stairs to your own swimming area, large common great room with a huge fireplace.
