    This is the luxury condo on the property and our prices reflect this. Booking our specific unit from the resort directly starts at $209 in the off season (up to $289 high), so you get a discount booking directly through us. Beware of what you are renting if you call directly and rent a different unit. Quality differs unit to unit.

  • The first bedroom is upstairs from the kitchen and living room. It has a huge granite counter top and jetted bath tub. It has its own flat screen TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has its own front door and private bathroom with jetted tub. It has a large dresser, closet, desk, flat screen TV with DVD player. Also included is a mini fridge and microwave. This bedroom can be locked off from the main condo unit and has a huge vaulted ceiling. The sleeper sofa is the couch in the living room. All furniture including the beds are brand new as of September 2007. Comfort for sure!

This unit was completely remodeled from head to toe and the work was completed the end of August 2007. Many of the staff at the resort have told us that this is the nicest unit in the whole resort. The wedding and event coordinator at the resort requests this unit first when booking her events. Please note that this unit is on the top floor of the building and you will need to walk up 4 flights of stairs. Elevators are not on the property. You many only use fire logs in the fireplace. The dining room table comfortably seats 4 people. There is also a bar off the kitchen that seats 2 (next to the dining room). Wireless internet is available through out the resort property (including condo). There are 2 computers available to use in the business center located in the reception lodge.

Further Details for the condo in Oregon, USA

Currently, the resort is under construction on the condo buildings only (does not affect resort common buildings). The project is replacing all of the siding, doors, windows, balconies, and roof. The buildings are going to look amazing when the project is complete. Construction started November 2008 and is expected to take three years to complete. HOW DOES THIS AFFECT OUR CONDO? Luckily, the resort condo buildings are set in a large horse shoe shape on the property. Construction has started at one end and will slowly work it's way around to the other side. Our condo is on the opposite side of where construction has started. Construction is not slated to start on our building for another 2 1/2 YEARS. This resort is located in the Deschutes National Forest. This resort is the very last accommodation before you arrive at Mt. Bachelor (15 minutes up the road!). With the recent multi-million dollar renovation this getaway is wildly popular for couples and families.

Summer 08 Recreation and Kids Programs This information is subject to change: Soon we will clean off all the ice and ready the rink for rollerblades. The mountain bikes come out next. Along with exciting whitewater tours, educational kayak tours, and scenic Mt. bike tours, we have created a unique new kids program. Our summer recreation staff is taking advantage of our partnership with Mt. Bachelor and the United States Forest Service to create the 'Cascade Kids Eco-Challenge Camp'. Each day of the week long camp, has an off site adventure in the morning. Monday: Guided hikes, Frisbee golf, and snow play at Mt. Bachelor. Tuesday: Caving and hiking at Lava Lands Visitor Center. Wednesday: whitewater rafting concluding with an interpretive hike around Lava Island Falls returning to the resort. Thursday: campers learn to guide a paddle raft, swim, and float the upper Deschutes river. Friday: participate in a geo-cache challenge. Then back at the resort for lunch.

Weddings and Events Our condo is a perfect honeymoon suite or wedding prep condo. The second king bedroom has quite a lot of space perfect for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready for the big event. There are three bathrooms with quite a lot of counter space.

The Tetherow Golf Club has announced an opening date of July 26th, 2008. Tetherow is a half mile down the road from our resort. Widgi Creek Golf Course - This location is directly next door to our resort and is looking fabulous and ready for play in the typical beautiful central Oregon summer weather. Central Oregon's world class golf courses host many national and regional tournaments, including the Pacific Amateur Golf Classic.
