Golf Information: The golf course nearby was designed by the great golf course architect, Robert Trent Jones, Sr. in the early 1970's. It is a long and challenging championship layout that hosted major tournaments in the years after it was built. It was rated in the late 1970's as one of the top courses in the world. In the years 2006 to 2007, the owners of the golf course, The Pearl South Pacific, spent millions of dollars restoring the course and its' greens to their original grandeur. The course layout brings players through pristine and secluded fairways that follow the natural jungle and waterway terrains of Pacific Harbour. The sixth tee of the course is within 200 yards of our house. One can literally walk to the tee and begin playing (as long as your green fees have been priorly handled). It is also possible to directly walk the quarter mile from our residence to the splendid Club House with its beautiful tropical views and enjoy a meal or drinks there.
