Notes:

Volleyball court, Tot lot, fitness center, community clubhouse with kitchen - leather lounges - big screen TV. Community has it's own private small lake on its east side with a beautiful quiet setting and plenty of wildlife. The Spring Training Park for the Boston Red Sox is 10 minutes away and is a beautiful Palm Tree lined park with a ton of character. The Spring Training Park (Newer Hammond Stadium) for the Minnesota Twins is also in Fort Myers approximately 25 minutes away. Sanibel / Captiva Islands , a Riverboat Casino , the high speed Key West Express cruise are also 30 minutes away.

Property Summary These properties were furnished to our personal liking and not specifically as a vacation rental. We've been told the furnishings are well above average for a vacation rental and the reason is probably as follows: They were originally set up for our family and friends to come down and enjoy and the vacation rental part just happened as a result. We absolutely love the area and the beautiful weather all year around. (Especially compared to our home town about half way between Chicago and Milwaukee) The property has just about everything you would need to have a great vacation or even an extended stay. The food is excellent and it's one of my favorite reasons for coming down. Fort Myers Beach has white powdery sand and has whatever atmosphere you came for. Peaceful and Serene or a bit Partylike down the beach! Feel free to call my office if you should have any questions about the area, property or if you'd like to reserve your spot in the Sun!
