Craigville house Rental Property Information

This expanded cape style house was custom built and includes many details. Over sized rooms, an open floor plan, and custom trim finishes create a luxurious environment to enhance your vacation. The master bedroom boasts a large walk-in closet with built-in drawers, an entertainment center with surround sound, and a master bathroom with a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. A second 'master bedroom' has a fireplace and it's own half bath which adjoins the master bathroom. The 'bonus room' sits above the 2 car garage and includes 4 single / twin beds. All 3 second floor rooms have air-conditioners to take the edge off a heat wave during the peak of summer. The guest room has an adjoining bathroom with a shower and is shared with the rest of the house. You will find the kitchen, living room, den, and dining room spacious enough for a large group, and if you need more room, the finished basement has a game room, a home theater with a wet bar, and a home office with Internet access.

Located on the south shore of Cape Cod, this summer resort area offers quick access to many activities visitors seek out while on vacation. Craigville beach sits right in the middle of Centerville, Osterville, & Hyannis where shopping, dinning, and dancing are available every night. Hyannis also is home port to the ferries making trips to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard hourly. For the inspired you can find athletic fields, tennis courts, and a track just 3 miles down the street at Barnstable High School. Day trips in and around the Cape are easy to plan and difficult to pass up. Route 6A will take you on a beautiful drive to Provincetown, but don't forget to make a couple of stops along the way where you might find an antique to take home with you. The neighborhood provides excellent walking, biking, and roller blading as well as the 'world famous' Four Seas Ice Cream shop. And of course there is Craigville Beach which is why you want to come here, isn't it?

A Typical Day on the Cape Enjoy your Cape vacation while staying in accommodations that would rival those of home. Start with an early morning walk down to Craigville beach to see the sun rise, then while on you way back, stop at the general store to pick up the daily paper and a coffee. Biking, roller blading, or jogging are all common events around the neighborhood, and there are lots of places to explore. There is plenty of room in the enclosed back yard for cook outs and games, or you can relax with a nap on the hammock. Feel free to pick a flower or two from the professionally maintained grounds. For those who beached it, rinse off the salt and sand in the enclosed shower and enjoy a cocktail or beer at your very own 'Happy Hour' on the wooden deck. Night time on Hyannis' Main Street offers an untold number of possibilities for fun. With so many restaurants, bars, and night clubs in the waterfront area you might consider adding another week to your vacation just to try them all.
