We provide all the stuff you would want at the beach, but not want to have to bring. We provide strand cruiser bikes, surf boards, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys and a wagon to haul it all in. Gated entry with a video intercom, keyless 2-car garage entry. The entire yard is fenced in. And we recently installed a hot tub.

I have everything that you'd want at the beach, but not want to bring yourself including blow dryers, beach cruiser bicycles, surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, gas BBQ, beach umbrellas, beach towels, cable TV, high speed cable modem with jacks in several rooms. 2 car garage and space to park two additional cars in driveway. This is a 3 bedroom 3 bath detached house on its own lot with a detached garage. Ocean view from the upstairs. Great place for families. Quiet safe neighborhood.
