The 3000 sq ft house sits on 1.5 acres of waterfront with views from every room in rear of the house.There are 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and half bath in this 2 story colonial home. Master suite has jacuzzi and sliders to a private balcony overlooking lake. First floor has 9 ft ceilings, 37 inch LCD TV, 2 fireplaces, sound system with cradle for iPod. There is a seperate living room, dining room, family room and office with wireless internet. Kitchen has granite counters and high end stainless appliances. The deck and screened porch overlook the lake and private yard. There is an outside shower, ceiling fans, central air, 2 story entrance and tasteful furnishings. Local artists line the walls of this upscale airy home. Plenty of natural light throughout. Three of the bedrooms have LCD TVs and DVD/VCRS. In the fresh water lake there is canoeing, swimming and fishing. House is on culdusac near bike bath & golf and close to all town.

Getting There You can fly into Martha's Vineyard on Jet Blue, US Air and Cape Air. The airport is about a 15 minute drive from the house. If you drive, you have to have advance reservations on the Steamship Authority Ferry . You can make these reservations online or call (508 639-9130). You catch the ferry from Woods Hole, Mass into either Oak Bluffs or Vineyard Haven. The house is no more than a 10 minute drive from either ferry.
Golf Information: Farm Neck Golf Course, a top 50 18 hole course, is a mile down the road. it is a semi private club with driving range and practice facilities.This challenging course has many holes with spectacular water and oceans views. President Clinton plays there when on the island.
