Bucerias villa Rental Property Information

Casa Rainbow is a gorgeous three story villa designed in a traditional Mexican style, located just one block from the beach, in the quiet country town of Bucerias near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. There are two units: a large Studio downstairs, and a three bedroom Suite upstairs. The entire house sleeps 8. The Studio has a full kitchen, breakfast bar, queen size bed and a private bathroom. Perfect for a romantic get-away. It has its own outside living and dining area facing the swimming pool. The Suite is on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The second floor sleeps four. It has vaulted ceilings, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with bath, small bedroom, and a bathroom with tub. The third floor has a bar, a great view, and sleeps 2. Both units come complete with a cordless telephone, wireless internet connection, cable TV, CD/DVD/VCR stereo, a small video library, and AC. Large patios provide seating and dining areas as well as a gas grill.

Located 15 minutes north of the airport, the quaint Mexican village of Bucerias is within easy reach of Puerto Vallarta, but without the hustle and bustle of its neighbor to the south. A popular phrase says that Bucerias is like Puerto Vallarta was 20 years ago. The cobblestone streets, relaxed atmosphere, and lovely town square of the village bear this out. The locals are welcoming, warm, and friendly. There are many good shops and restaurants in Bucerias. Dozens of open air restaurants line the beach and the four main streets that run parallel to the ocean. But if you feel the need for a more active nightlife or additional shopping, it's only a short trip into Puerto Vallarta via bus, taxi, or available car rentals. In town are many conveniences such as grocery stoes, pharmacies, travel agencies, car rentals, currency exchange, and tour booking information. There are even 2 ATM's in town. Best of all, Bucerias has a wonderful five mile stretch of sandy beaches!

  • The Cathedral bath on the second floor is incredible. Its stone walls are two stories high, top with a stained-glass cupola. There is an outdoor shower in front of the house for washing off sand from the beach.

A beautifully appointed master suite includes a large bedroom, a private bathroom with tub, and an office with a cordless telephone, wireless internet connection, cable TV, and a CD/DVD/VCR stereo. There is a gas BBQ grill and dining area on the large covered terrace. The third floor has a bar and sitting area where you can appreciate beautiful sunsets and the ocean view. There are 2 additional twin beds on the third floor. Amenities of the house include wireless internet access, purified water, daily maid service, and a manager available to answer any questions you may have. You can even have your own private cook, available on request. The grounds are gated and include an area with full connections for two RV's, and private parking for several cars.

Private Luxury Surrounded by lush gardens, the pool and grounds are for use by guests of the house only, for your complete privacy. The pool is heated and has massage jets.

Guest Book Beautiful and well appointed We really enjoyed our trip to Bucerius. We loved the town and people. The location of town on the bay was very convenient allowing us quick access to the city or small villages to the norte! Our oldest son was enrolled in the Collegio de Bucerius and he had a wonderful academic and social experience there as well. Casa Arco Iris was beautiful and well appointed. The landscaping was well maintained. Over all I would say our experience was great! We would definitely stay there again. The house has a fabulous location, and an awesome layout.
