This Property Is On A Steep Redwood Covered Hillside And Is Not Appropriate For Persons With Health Concerns Or Uncomfortable With Stairs. The Hillside Cottage, located approximately a mile from downtown Guerneville, features a large sunny wrap-around deck on two sides, an additional private bedroom deck, towering redwood trees and a beautiful hillside perennial garden. The Cottage is designed for comfort and enjoyment. The fully stocked modern kitchen, with complimentary coffee, staples and condiments, has everything necessary to prepare that special romantic or holiday meal. Comfortable elegant furnishings, wood burning stove, video collection (VHS & DVD) Wireless Internet, new queen bed and a built-in bedroom entertainment center with a television (cable), stereo, VCR, and library.

Guest comments After a very chaotic 3 weeks of packing to move from CT to CA, we really needed this week of down-time in 'Shangri-la.' It's obvious much time and thought (not to mention taste) went in to creating this little paradise - we've traveled all over and this is by far the most warm, welcoming home we have had the pleasure of spending time in. It's been a pleasure meeting you. What a refreshing change having a man tending OUR every need! If our ex's were like you - we'd probably still be married! :) Apart from treasuring our wonderful memories of the Hillside Cottage - We also are thankful for making a new friend who has touched our lives in such a warm and gracious way.
