Our spacious 1350 sq ft condo was completely remodeled in June 2007! Only 3 condos from the bay & 45 seconds to the ocean! This beautiful 2 story condo (3 stories if you count the attached private 2 car garage below) offers 2 very large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 adorable upstairs loft for a 3rd sleeping area. Each floor has 1 bedroom and bathroom, so you have lots of privacy. Our kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and is complete with appliances, pots, pans, coffee maker, dishes, etc., to make yourselves feel right at home. Washer & dryer are also in the condo with laundry detergent, bleach, and softener. Brand new gas grill is on the patio deck too! Don't want to cook? Don't worry! There are plenty of restaurants & pubs to walk to, and many of them deliver too! Also, the Mission Beach Market is just around the corner for any of your grocery or deli needs! High ceilings with lots of sun windows gives this condo a very well-lit, open and airy vacation setting.
