Fraser condo Rental Property Information

Beautiful new 1300 square foot condominium, first floor (no lugging your stuff upstairs!) with an oversize garage - great for storing skis and bikes. Located in Fraser, just 2 miles outside the town of Winter Park. The stop for the FREE bus route to the Winter Park Ski Resort is only 50 yards down the driveway. The bus comes every 15 minutes during ski season!! We're 1 mile from the gigantic Fraser Tubing Hill, and seconds from beautiful hiking and biking trails in the summer. Perfect for a family getaway; our mountain retreat has everything you need. The three bedrooms are set back down the hallway, so the kids can get to bed and the adults can relax! In the family room we have a 40-inch LCD flat screen TV, surround sound, a DVD player and cable TV. The sofa converts to a very comfortable queen size bed. The master suite has a king size bed and a bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third can sleep five people in two sets of bunk beds plus a trundle.
