You will love this house! It is nestled right in the heart of Las Vegas. This classic ranch-style home was built in 1956. Exactly the time Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis Jr. were busy making 'Rat Pack' fame at the Copa Cabana Room. This is the neighborhood where local entertainers and casino executives would come home to. This charming house has newly re-textured and painted walls throughout and new carpet in the master and second bedroom. The third bedroom features a tiled sunroom with window shades (for sleeping in) and a door to the backyard pool and patio area. The bed area in this bedroom has beautiful hardwood flooring.
