Further Details for the cottage in Myrtle Beach Area, South Carolina, USA

It has been completely redecorated (as of March 2007) in a bright tropical-beach theme with new paint and flooring throughout. The living room has a new sleeper sofa and love seat, and the kids will love the tiki-surf themed bedroom. There is a large covered balcony just off of the living room, and another entrance at the kitchen as well. You will find all the amenities that you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There are TVs in all the bedrooms and the kitchen is fully stocked. Underneath the house is an enclosed storage room with a gas grill, sand toys and floats for the kids, umbrellas, and beach chairs. There is also an outdoor shower, picnic table and swing. * Sorry No Motorcycles- Per Assoc. Rules * No Smoking and No Pets * Must be 25 years old to sign lease.
