Donner Lake townhome Rental Property Information

Magnificent redwood duplex constructed of old growth redwood and granite from Agate Bay. Unit A is approximately 1200 square feet with two bedrooms/one bathroom plus a separate 'kids' room. Fully furnished. Close to historic downtown Truckee, Lake Tahoe and several major ski resorts including Squaw Valley, Borreal, Sugar Bowl, Alpine Meadows and Northstar. HUGE 700sf front deck overlooking the lake. Our duplex was newly furnished with all new beds, sofas, quality linens, etc. The duplex sleeps up to 5 people with a master bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with a full bed plus a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit and a ski locker outside. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary appliances and cookware. We do not allow smoking or pets.

The living room has lake views on one side, a forest view out the back and a massive two-story wood burning fireplace. Huge front deck with a panoramic lakeview. Outfitted with 2 TV,VCR/DVDs. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal and cooking and eating utensils. The large sports court in the backyard can be enjoyed by all. Setup for croquet and horseshoes. Adjacent deck provides viewing area of both the sports court and lake. Lighted at night. There are 3 public docks directly across the street from the duplex. You can sit, fish and swim from the public docks. If you own a boat, you can tie-up at a public dock for up to 48 hours.
