View of the water across the street plus owner has a dock on Green Hill Pond just down the street. Short walk to Charlestown Beach (quarter mile), fish from the dock, rent kayaks at the marina, or ride bikes for miles. Front deck looking toward water; larger screened patio for dining and relaxing in the back. Outdoor shower. Nice safe area for kids and bikes. Tenants supply their own sheets, pillow cases, blankets and towels.
