Denver house Rental Property Information
This cozy smoke-free log home sits on top of Genesee Mountain with breathtaking views right in Denver's backyard. Its secluded Genesee foothills location provides easy access to downtown Denver (25 minutes), Summit County ski resorts (50 minutes), Denver International Airport (40 minutes), Blackhawk/Central City gaming (45 minutes), or the Air Force Academy and Colorado Springs (75 minutes). Accommodations are in the ground level of our three-story log home. The 1700 square feet lock-off unit offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a large living area with wood-burning fireplace, sun room, 1200 square feet of deck, and a two-level flagstone patio. An additional bedroom and bath are available on the main level, if needed. The home is located at 8,100 feet elevation just five minutes into the foothills and five minutes off I-70, with breath-taking views of snow-capped peaks. The heavily wooded area is home to a variety of wildlife, including elk, deer, buffalo and fox.

Our home can be the gateway to your dream vacation, with a wide variety of activities, including shopping, skiing, golfing, sightseeing, mountain activities, gambling, fishing or hunting. Our location and set-up makes it an ideal spot for vacations, family reunions, weddings or gatherings of small to medium-size groups. Check-In time: 4:00 PM; Check-Out time: 10:00 AM, unless other arrangements are made.
Skiing Information: Approximate driving times to the following ski areas are: Loveland - 35 minutes; Arapahoe Basin - 45 minutes; Copper Mountain - 55 minutes; Keystone - 55 minutes; Winter Park - 55 minutes; Breckenridge - 65 minutes; vail - 75 minutes.
Golf Information: The Denver area features many fine golf courses within easy driving distance.
