This apartment is on # 7 I St. just 1 house from the beach/ocean, completely modern and updated only 2 years ago. It has 3 full bedrooms, 1 with bunk beds, 2 with queen size beds, a comfortable full size futon, dishwasher, washer, dryer, Beautiful direct ocean views off the covered open porch, with a grill, patio furniture, etc... It is only a 1 minute walk to the beach, cross over ocean blvd, and step on the sand. The apartment is only 2 minutes from the playground in the most desirable location in the center of Hampton Beach, with easy access by foot to everything from arcades, water slides, shops, night clubs, and fine dining. We are located 1 house back from Ocean Blvd on i street, right in the center of Hampton Beach. This is the perfect location as you are just steps to the sand and also to the water slides, amusements, shops, bars and restaurants.
