La Jolla cottage Rental Property Information

The California Cottage is a tropical paradise located at the world famous Windansea Beach. It is just blocks from La Jolla High where there are state of the art tennis courts and a year round public swimming pool. This beach cottage is only 3 blocks from the beach an easy 5 minute walk. The beach is well known for its surf as well as beautiful sunset walks that can lead you into the very heart of the village of La Jolla. The village of La Jolla offers the finest in restaurants and shopping where there is something for everyone. Also nearby is the famous children's beach with the seals that can be seen year round lazing on the beach! Just 15 minutes from SeaWorld, 20 mins from the World Famous San Diego Zoo and 40 mins from Legoland. This is a great family home. A short 20 minute ride on the freeway and you'll be in beautiful Balboa Park, with all its galleries and theatres you'll want to return again and again. Downtown, the Gas Lamp District a 20min drive away.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, guest bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has a pull out full size sleeper. Additional blowup bed and roll out twin bed available upon request. A large private yard and patio offers barbecue, outdoor seating and makes for great outdoor entertaining. A fully stocked kitchen has all new appliances including a coffee maker and complimentary Starbucks coffee. A single car garage is available for parking your car and storing beach toys.
