Nighttime showers usually ending before dawn keep our hillsides green. 'Noe;'s Nest ' faces due East, for gorgeous sunrises above the ocean from your comfortable king bed complete with luxury linens and snugly quilts. Your 1100 sq ft custom home has 2 large bedrooms : the master with a king sized bed, the 2nd bedroom with 1 double and 2 single beds, plus a single futon if desired. We can set up a port-a-crib for your tiny tot. Clean & crisp, with tropical decor, your house has a well-appointed kitchen, bathroom and large shower, spacious living and dining area. Your full-sized ocean view covered lanai (porch) will make you feel right at home in our upcountry paradise.
At Noe's Nest you can wander down a quiet road or. zip to town for a swim, or decide to just sit on your lanai & snooze under your straw hat. Open your eyes& take in the stunning 180' view of the blue ocean, with Hilo town sparkling on the bay. Gazing out to sea has a way of renewing the spirit, now matter the season. Just minutes below Noe's Nest in Hilo, you can stay in town and find lots of local color, or turn North or South for a day of adventure. You East Hawaii adventures can be quiet and subdued, or active and exuberant. Driving up the Hamakua Coast, you find some of the simplest and most stunning views anywhere in Hawaii. Getting out to explore small towns and our beautiful parks you come close to Hawaii at its pristine best. Miss your pooch? You can borrow a friendly dog.. ...or visit Merlin the llama in his pasture. Our pet Nigerian goats will beg you for an alphafa treat. Wander through the hillside landscape full of exotic orchids, fragrant tropical flowers, rare palms and tall flowering hardwoods. Relax on a bench by one of 2 waterlily ponds, or bask in the sun on your recliner with a cool drink. Get active or get lazy, as the spirit moves you! Breakfast on sweet apple bananas & papaya. Pick a fragrant gardenia for your bedside, or your hair. We've found no jewel can match the beauty of a fresh gardenia.
Golf Information: Enjoy a sweet day on our 18 hole public Hilo Municipal Golf Course. Since 1950, Hilo golfers have been enjoying scenic views of Hilo Bay, in a lush setting at about 350 ft elevation. Par 71, 6006 yards. Make a reservation and grab an umbrella at the clubhouse in case of passing showers. Hilo reigns!
