  • The bathroom downstairs contains an original clawfoot tub and period washbowl. All aspects of the bathroom have been have been modernized, but it retains its early 20th century style. A window looks out to the fields above the house.

  • The two bedrooms are upstairs. The bedroom with the king-size bed is over the living room. The twin bedroom is over the dining room. Both have views downhill across the fields and out to sea. The living room contains a sleep sofa that may be used if needed for an additional person. There is a modern spiral staircase to the upstairs. It is not suitable for toddlers, the elderly or the infirm.
