  • There is a fee during prime weeks for the linens, cleaning and the golf carts.
  • I just rent the whole house in the summer months to large families. The cost for the whole house (all 8 bedrooms) is 5000 total which includes: the 12% hospitality taxes, the cleaning (which is done by Jennifer who does a fantastic job), the linens (bath towels and sheets), beach towels and chairs, boogie boards, baby equipment, and 2 gas powered golf carts. Pet fees are very low.
  • * Linens and beach towels and chairs, and cleaning are extra.
    * We provide 2 Golf Carts, which all our renters love, please call me today.
    * There is an additional pet fee, please call for information!

  • There is an outdoor shower by the heated pool! There is landscape lighting in the front and back which is very nice at night! It comes on automatically. There are also jets in the heated pool and lights in the pool at night.

  • There are 8 bedrooms with 2 master suites with King beds and a double futon in each master suite. There is a large walk in closet in each master suite. There are 6 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. We have the finest quality mattress's you will find anywhere. In fact, we put the same in our beach home. There are several pack n plays for our babies and a high chair and booster seats. We have lots of bed rails for toddlers. There is a baby swing and bouncer and a walker too! We also provide beach chairs and towels and lots of boogie boards for all the kids.

Spectacular Stay ! ! ! We were one of the first families to stay in this wonderful home! We had a great time playing games every night with our daughter and her 2 high school friends! We were here in February before it was listed on a web site! My husband could work on his business, since the internet access was available, while the girls and I went shopping and out for lunch! It was even warm enough to lay by the pool and walk on the beach! My husband wanted to buy one of the mattress's we slept on because he slept so well while we were there! I am going to rent the whole house this summer since we have so many kids and grandchildren. Sincerely, Patty Sommer and family

Our Small Group Had a Blast ! ! ! This past winter our small group from church rented Pineapple Palms for a 4 day weekend over New Year's ! It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had ! There were 6 couples and every one had a ball ! We grilled out one night and the kitchen and dining rooms are so spacious and equipped with all new dishes and cookware ! The bed's were so comfortable ! There were games for us to enjoy and we all played Family Feud on the TV since it was a DVD version ! We sat by the pool and read and rocked in the rockers on the front porches ! The setting is much prettier than any other place I have stayed at the beach ! It is perfect for small children too ! We are renting again this summer too ! Thanks Shelley! God Bless, Susan
