Sugar Magnolia Cottage will become 'your place at the beach'. It is located in a friendly , quiet neighborhood and away from the congestion of grouped condos and motels, and centrally located to the activities of PCB. You will be close to Wal-Mart, Publix, the new Pier Park shopping , which includes places like Old Navy, Target, JC Penney, Dillards, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville,food,food,food, and 16 screen theater, Frank Brown Park with it's new outdoor pool., and of course,golf. There's no shortage of things to do on this 17mile ocean stretch. Rent scooters and cruise the streets. Don't forget your flip-flops for the short walk to the beach, especially at sunset. This is our home so you can be assured that it is well cleaned in between guests. Heidi is close by to answer questions and for household emergencies. Happy beaching...........................
