Fully furnished including linens, towels and kitchen utensils. Fun, friendly beach community. Very low traffic volume on the street. A great place to get away and relax for a reasonable price. We are constantly improving and updating this property and use it for our family as well. Come and enjoy during any season !

Milford Connecticut Milford is a wonderful city with small town charm. The historic district and Milford Harbor are just a short drive (also walkable for the more adventurous) away from the cottage. New York City is easily accessible via Metro North and the Milford Train Station (located in the historic district). Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casino are a short day trip away North on I-95. Shopping and fine dining abound in Milford as well. New Haven Connecticut, home of Yale University is approximately 10 miles north on I-95. A great place to get away from it all, yet still have many amenities!

Bayview Beach Association Bayview Beach Association is a private beach that is open to only local cottage owners/members and guests. It is staffed to ensure that only members may use the beach. This results in small groups of beachgoers and plenty of room to sunbath and swim for everyone ! The beach is a short walk away, 1 block.
