Ask about where to go for travel insurance which covers costs due to an unforeseen cancellation. We request a current credit card on file for a security deposit. There is never a charge unless there is significant or perhaps deliberate damage and has been discussed in advance with the guest. Normal wear/tear is not considered damage.

Kitchen has designer stone counter tops, Kohler fixtures and fully equipped with toaster ovens, microwaves, blenders, Kitchen Aide cookware and other nice culinary equipment. The large tropical backyard has comfortable hammock and outdoor grill. Make a pitcher of tropical drinks and walk to the beach. The lovely front apartment has the added charm of a large screened in porch with new and extra comfortable porch furniture and wonderfully creative fish on the wall.

Location Advantages. Walk-On-The-Beach is on a quiet side street off A1A. This provides several additional advantages. 1. Getting over the bridge to US1 (Federal Highway) couldn't be easier. 2. Of all the streets that go over to I-95, (I-95 goes south to Miami and the Keys, or north to Boca and Palm Beach) and to the Turnpike, ATLANTIC BOULEVARD is the easiest and fastest way. Not to mention safest. This way you can easily take a day trip to the Keys! 3. Easy driving to the best restaurants in the Ft. Lauderdale/Pompano-By-The-Sea. 4. Access posh Boca and Palm Beach north on A1A. 5. Access to ritzy Las Olas Blvd. south on A1A. 6. Golf Course right across the bridge. 7. Biking trails across bridge. 8.
