Panama City Beach townhome Rental Property Information

The Gulf of Mexico complex is located on the more desirable west end of the beach on 18 acres and has 350 feet of sugar-white private beaches. Lighted tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboards courts, one of the beach's largest pools with second wading pool for kids. Clubhouse with pool and ping pong table and arcade games, has car wash area. Beautifully kept tropical landscaped grounds, lighten walk path around the property. Very safe! Pedestrian underpass (no road to cross!) comes to a large gazebo on the beach for viewing sunsets. The Condo has a extra large tiled kitchen with island and breakfast bar, loaded with everything for cooking, and micro-vent hood. King size bed in master suite and two full-size beds in guest room, and queen-size sleeper sofa.
