    Weekly Rentals- A $250 - $500. Refundable Deposit will reserve this home for you.
    We rent to guests 18 & older, however, Monthly Rentals & Groups under 26 yrs of age have a $1000. Refundable Deposit.
    Rental payment and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to check in (unless prior arrangement are made).
    Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival date or any funds paid will not be refunded.
    All rates listed are discounted Family Rates, unless listed. Additional $200-$300/Group/week during Summer & Spring Break, Additional $100/Group/Week at most other times of the year. Full rates are listed at our website..

It is located on the Panama City Beach Area. The Crystal White Sands of the Gulf of Mexico are less than 5 minutes away! St. Andrews State Recreation Area is also just a couple of miles from this home! If you are looking for a home with your own private swimming pool, this is it! There is a Large 24' Round swimming pool with a 20' X 16' Sundeck located in the completely fenced back yard! The back deck has a Large Outdoor Dining Table, Lounge Chairs & Two Barbeques! There are both Electric & Charcoal BBQ's!

One of the unique features of this home is its Large Cathedral Ceiling throughout the Living Room and in the Bedrooms. We have just finished installing 16' Ceramic Tile throughout the home! There are two bathrooms. The Master Bathroom has a jacuzzi bath tub! The home features a large two car garage with automatic opener. The garage is a drive thru garage. A double wide door is on the front side. A single car garage door is on the back side. There is a concrete pad located behind the garage. You can park you boat or waverunners on the concrete pad in the fenced back yard. The garage is currently set up as a Private Game Room with a Regulation Size Pool Table & Air Hockey Table! There is a public beach access located just a short distance away. The beach features crystal white sand! Very nice! The home is located on a large corner lot! The backyard is completely fenced. The Signal Hill Golf Course offers 18 Holes of Excellence (This is one of the preferred local courses). The Hombre Golf Club has 27 championship holes and is the annual host of the PGA Tour Qualifying School.
