Anastasia Island house Rental Property Information
Enjoy the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and the sunset from the balcony. Walk two streets over to the beach access entrance, or you can drive to, and on, the beach through the Matanzas Ave. entrance less than a mile away. Our vacation house is on a high ridge on Anastasia Island between two empty lots, so you can enjoy complete privacy. We purchased the house in March 2007 just after the prior owner completely renovated the house. New hard wood flooring throughout and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen are just a few of the upgrades made. Also, we purchased all new furniture, kitchen utensils, linens, etc. for the house. And, we have just added a new hot tub / spa. And we have free Internet access for you. Please come and enjoy the house, the view, the ocean, and everything St. Augustine has to offer!
