Notes:

You will find the kitchen well equipped with both cooking and dining utensils. The fridge dispenses both ice and cold filtered water. The living area is supplied with new very comfortable furnishings, all in an 'up north decor'. The views from the living, dining, and kitchen area are very open and truly beautiful. The sunsets from this side of the lake are to die for. The front deck facing the lake is nicely shaded, and the side deck provides a picnic table and is mostly sunny, as is the back deck. There is a gas grill on the deck as well as a fire pit on the beach. The beach is large and private. There is a gentle slope into the water (perfect for children) and the bottom is clean and sandy. There is some shade at the rear of the beach. There is an easy flight of stairs to the beach. The house is located on a very nice quiet lakefront street. The properties along this part of the lake are completely private.
