If you love Key West, you'll love staying in this colorful home which was recently remodeled and expanded. Just off Island Avenue in Matlacha, Florida, you'll be within walking distance to the art galleries, restaurants and bars, and the fishing bridge. Bicycles provided for longer journeys. BYOB (bring your own boat) and keep it on the lift for easy access to the waters of Matlacha Pass, Charlotte Harbor, the Intracoastal Waterway, and the Caloosahatchee River. Nearby attractions include Boca Grande Pass, Cayo Costa State Park, Cabbage Key, Useppa and Sanibel/Captiva Islands. Please note: Entire second floor is the master suite with front and rear balconies. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, one with queen-sized bed and the other with a sleeper sofa.

There is limited parking for boat trailers. If your trailer won't fit in the carport, it will have to be parked in the front yard. The lot next door is not to be used for parking as it doesn't belong to us. Ideally, the trailer goes in the carport, one car in the driveway, and up to 2 cars in the front yard. If your boat is larger than 21', this could be an issue.

Boats The boat lift has a 7000# capacity. The lift doesn't accommodate boats that are walk-arounds very well unless they're less than 21'. Boats that fit include flats boats, skiffs, and bay boats. If the boat has a beam of more than 8', it may not fit under the carport and would have to be parked in the front yard.
