Orr's Island Rental Property Information

Located in the vibrant, south end of Orrs Island, this property is in an area of summer homes originally known as ‘Cottage Lots’. This owner-occupied property was not part of that land division and has remained in the same family for over 150 years. This rear second floor studio unit is accessed via private stairs to a deck where one is greeted by amazing east and south views of the Atlantic Ocean. The large open floor plan of the studio easily defines the living, dining and sleeping areas. There is a full kitchen and full bath. While preparing dinner in the newly renovated kitchen, enjoy the beautiful view of Merriconeag Sound where 100 years ago vessels delivered summer visitors to the island. Just to the south of the property is the Cribstone Bridge to Bailey Island. Built in 1928, it is the only bridge of it’s kind in the world. Here you find Princes Point, home to H2Outfitters and the Salt Cod Cafe. This unit is perfect for that special romantic week or weekend.

Deposits/payments on reservations (June 28th to Oct 4th) will be refunded only if we are able to rebook your reservation for the time reserved. There is a $50 cancellation fee on all reservations.
  • We offer a nightly rate of $125 per night (2-person occupancy).
    There is a 2-night minimum. Reservations for less than 5 nights and reservations made less than 2-weeks prior to check-in date must be paid in full when reservation is made.
