Yarmouth house Rental Property Information
Charming cottage has been recently updated with new hardwood floors and many fixtures. Kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, stove, new microwave toaster oven & blender. Cabinets are stocked with dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Kitchen table seats 6 people. There is a living room with fireplace, side porch and 1.5 baths. Multiple TVs and telephone for local calls. Paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies like dish soap, toilet cleaners are supplied. Central air conditioning. Fifteen minute walk to beach (at end of street).
Two bedrooms and additional sleeping in the living areas. You need to plan to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.

Located off route 28 just 10 minutes from downtown Hyannis. This is a great location for a family with young children with plenty of activities for them. There are many great restaurants, convenient supermarkets for at home meals, miniature golf, batting cages, video arcades and on rainy days we have buckets full of movies for viewing and lots of kids games. Great antique shops all along rt 28. You can walk to Smugles beach and there is a bath house for your convenience as well as a snack bar and playground for the kids.
