  • * We also own 2 third floor villas that were also renovated in early 2008. If you would rather be on the top floor on the condo, please let me know and I can check the availability on the units for you. I give discounts for the 3rd floor villa b/c there are not any elevators (summer only).

    The third floor villas also have a new kitchen, baths, flooring bedding, mattresses and is freshly painted. There is also wireless Internet in these villas as well - just bring your laptop!

    My availability calendar does reflect all 3 villas. If a week is booked, it means that all villas are occupied. If the week(s) that you are looking at are open, please email or call me and I will let you know which villa is currently available.

Further Details for the villa in Hilton Head, South Carolina, USA

The kitchen is fully equipped and has been completely renovated. In the morning, you can enjoy your coffee on the cozy covered, private balcony. We also have a box of little extras in the unit that includes beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards. All weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. We will also entertain long term rentals. Half of the balance for weekly rentals is due upon booking, the other half is due thirty days prior to your arrival. I will mail you out a confirmation letter which confirms all rental information. Fiddler's Cove does not permit pets. Check out the comments from my past guests and rent from me with confidence.

I also have a beach buggy in the villa for your use during your stay in the villa.

For guests who have small children, I have a pack-n-play (just bring your sheets) and a booster chair right in 2 of my villas (17D and 2L) for your personal use. There is no need to travel with those bulky items!
