Carillon Beach house Rental Property Information

Caribbean Dreamin’ is a large, comfortable, three story home in the private community of Carillon Beach, Florida. It was constructed in 2003 with sunny rooms and decorated in bright colors and styles reminiscent of the Caribbean Islands. It has four bedrooms and three baths. The floors are beautiful oak hardwood and polished marble tile. The porches on all three levels are equally perfect for having morning coffee or watching the beautiful evening sunsets over the gulf. Enjoy your morning coffee while people-watching in your Adirondack chair on the first floor veranda as they walk, jog, or bicycle past. Don’t be surprised if many say 'Good Morning' as they go past. On the second floor veranda, a hammock awaits you when the afternoon ‘lazies’ grab you. On the third level, both the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Carillon dominate the view while sitting outside in comfortable furniture.

If the sun gets too intense, just move around to the rear deck where even more comfortable furniture awaits you, along with a dining table for outdoor meals in the shade. The full sized kitchen has granite countertops and enough equipment for our extended family to have Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners there each year. The dining table seats eight people and the four-person bar allows seating for the rest. Winn-Dixie and Publix are both within walking distance by making it easy to stock up your kitchen or run out for that key ingredient you forgot at the last minute.

The living room has three separate sitting areas so everyone can have their own ‘space’. One is at the entertainment center where the TV, CD, DVD, VCR, and stereo are located. Another area is in front of the fireplace where real wood logs can be burned. The third area is a game area where the checkerboard is always ready to go. Feel free to enjoy our family’s games already there, including Trivial Pursuit, Tribond, Scrabble, Ultimate Outburst, and Rummikub. You might even try a jigsaw puzzle or two. You are also welcome to check out our library. If you don’t get finished before you have to leave, take it with you. We just ask that you leave one in its place so others will also be able to enjoy them. Once you exit our house through the picket fence gate, we hope your biggest decision is whether to turn left to head for the beach or turn right for one of the three pools. Either way, they are both only a few steps away.
