    The tenant acknowledges that because of the short rental season in Nova Scotia, they are buying the time available in the property and they own that time slot. In the event the tenant cancels their reservation prior to 90 days before occupancy and after a deposit has been made, $250 shall be forfeited from the $500 deposit. More that 30 days, but less than 90 days before the check-in date, 75% of the total rental fee is forfeited, 30 days or less before the check-in date, 100% of the total rental fee is forfeited, unless the property can be rented by the Cottage Connection in Nova Scotia Ltd. on the same or better terms and conditions.
